Another exceptional Pinot Noir from Lethbridge, situated just a stone's throw from Geelong. The 2018 Estate Pinot Noir is made from a blend of four vineyards across the Geelong and Bellarine regions, with 40% left as whole bunches and spending ten months in oak barrels (40% new). This is one for lovers of complex, brooding Pinot Noir, showing smoky aromatics, dark plum, and savoury earth with peppery whole-bunch spice and rich tannins.

A savoury and complex blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Grüner Veltliner, St. Laurent, and Chardonnay which was co-fermented and macerated on skins for a month without any added sulphur. It's powerfully structured, and better suited to those with some experience with old-school orange wines. Tropical, musky aromatics, bitter orange peel, and vermouth-like herbal edges, with a framework of coarse, rustic tannins and bracing acidity. Drink with food!

A soft, textural, savoury, skiny Pinot Gris from Bendigo. Blackberry leaf, tangerine, barley malts, a hint of watermelon, and a whiff of cinnamon.

The label may look summery and carefree, but this is some old school orange wine right here! Made from a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Grechetto, with each variety spending 20 days on skins. Savoury straw & hay up front, leading into mandarin oils & ripe citrus. The palate has some chewy tannins from the skin contact with plenty of zest & vitality to keep it all fresh.
