Beautiful pure Shiraz, with fruit coming from a vineyard near Colbinabbin on the Mt Camel Range in Heathcote. Aromatic and pure, though not shying away from varietal richness, Bindi's Pyrette Shiraz shows redcurrants and blackberries, freshly tilled earth, and savoury spice with fine-grained tannins and lingering acidity.
