The 2018 Estate Pinot Noir is made from a blend of four vineyards across the Geelong and Bellarine regions, with 40% left as whole bunches and spending ten months in oak barrels (40% new). This is one for lovers of complex, brooding Pinot Noir, showing smoky aromatics, dark plum, and savoury earth with peppery whole-bunch spice and rich tannins.
