Made for us by the wonderful Erinn Klein of Ngeringa, this years iteration sees a mix of Pinot rosé (50%), Shiraz rosé (39%), Pink Semillon (7%), and and Viognier (4%) from a selection of excellent vineyards around the Adelaide Hills.

Triple Trouble Bubble Pet Nat Rose 2021

This is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir that combines soft lemon pastry notes with delicate stonefruit over a smooth and creamy bead. The citrus peel characters give the palate a touch of bitterness, balancing out the fruit and making this an extremely drinkable drop.

A blend of Pinot Blanc, Gamay, Sauv Blanc & Pinot Gris that sees some skin contact before ferment in amphora (then bottled whilst still fizzing!) Notes of watermelon, tangerine & mandarin give a lively, citrus freshness, while a brisk palate makes for maximum refreshment.
