Normally staring at the sun is ill-advised. However, this here blend of Fiano, Vermentino, and Moscato Giallo is, without doubt, a GREAT life choice. Each variety was fermented and left to rest on skins separately, then pressed and left on lees over winter before being lovingly blended together. It's highly aromatic and full of personality, with notes of mango, pawpaw, and musk stick along with citrusy acidity and chalky tannins.
