Melbourne-based wine bar and restaurant Henry Sugar prides itself on using a wide range of local and native produce across its creative food and drinks menu, with everything being made in house. The Desert Martini is made with Adelaide Hill Distillery's Desert Overproof Gin, Maidenii Dry Vermouth, and the faintest touch of sea salt, sugar and essential oils.
