Needs no introduction! Siblings Anne and Jean-François, the dynamic duo behind Ganevat, release coveted wines from the Jura & beyond. Combining Burgundy references with the alpine purity of the Jura, their wines are evocative, complex & thrilling. Their more playful side shines in their VdF wines, teasing & tantalising the senses, whilst their Domaine wines are a rare experience in and of themselves - and always hard to find.

The Chardonnay fruit for Les Miraculés comes from a plot in the Jura which suffered extensive spring frost, dramatically reducing yeilds. The remaining bunches, however, have superb concentration which shows in this wine, with a rich and textural palate of churned butter, dried fruits, and nectarine. It was vinified in a classic Ganevat fashion: farmed with either organic or biodynamic principles, with no additions in the winery and bottled without fining or filtration.
