Plein Sud is made exclusively from Trousseau, one of the classic varieties of the Jura region. It's lifted and highly aromatic, with juicy red berries, baking spice, and fresh herbs with lively acidity and delicate structure. It was vinified in a classic Ganevat fashion: farmed with either organic or biodynamic principles, with no additions in the winery and bottled without fining or filtration.
