Grusse en Billat is made from 100% Chardonnay grown near the town of Grusse. It has intense power and depth, with tangy citrus fruits, honey blossom, and racy, saline acidity. It was vinified in a classic Ganevat fashion: farmed with either organic or biodynamic principles, with no additions in the winery and bottled without fining or filtration.
