A blend of Tempranillo and Shiraz from our friends out west at Brave New Wine. 100% whole bunch fermented and matured in neutral oak barrels on lees for nine months. Forest fruits, cola bottle lollies, and herbal sap leading into a savoury finish with a little salinity and grippy tannins.
